3 steps to get started

Click "Get the Extension" above. You'll be taken to the ChessSolve page on the Chrome Web Store.

Click "Add extension" in the popup Chrome shows you. Installation completes in seconds — no ZIP, no developer mode.

Click the ChessSolve icon in your toolbar, sign in (or create a free account), and you're ready to analyse.

Prefer to install manually?

Download the ZIP and load the extension yourself — no Web Store needed.

Download the extension ZIP file. Save it to a location you can easily find.

Unzip the downloaded file and save the contents to a folder where you won't accidentally delete it.

Open Google Chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions/ in the address bar.

Enable "Developer mode" by toggling the switch in the top right corner of the extensions page.

Click on "Load unpacked" and select the folder where you unzipped the extension files.

The ChessSolve extension should now appear in your list of installed extensions. You're ready!
